Jim McCann

Business Development

Jim McCann has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources (HR), concentrating in the areas of work-life, EAP, health and wellness, and management training. He was a founding director of CareLinc, the nation's first data-based work-life referral company, providing resource and referral services to over a million employees and their families, including Fortune 500 companies such as EDS, Nabisco, Vanguard, and Dell.  He was a co-developer of the Work-Life Toolkit®, an award-winning HR software program that provided human resource professionals with a suite of tools to assess a wide variety of work-life initiatives and measure their effectiveness and return-on-investment. 

Jim worked with the University of Pennsylvania, Department of Psychiatry, to develop their behavioral health provider network and management training services and for the last eight years, he has been providing business consulting and support services to CaseNetwork.
